GrahakBill runs GrahakBill, a billing app for shops, and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

The website has no sign-up form and no advertising or analytics trackers. It sets two small cookies that it needs to work: one keeps your visit together and one protects forms.

Our server keeps short technical logs (internet address, page, browser) to keep the site safe. If a page shows a YouTube video, YouTube may also receive your visit.

Your account: your mobile number, and the names, mobile numbers and rights of the people you add.

Your business: the details you enter, such as shop name, address, GSTIN, logo and bank details.

Your records: the bills, customers, suppliers, products, stock, payments, expenses, staff, attendance and salary details you enter.

Your devices: a device id, the app version and when the device was last seen.

Usage: daily counts such as how many bills were made, never the amounts.

To log you in, keep your records safe and in step across your devices, run your plan and its limits, give support, keep the service secure, and meet our legal duties. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

The details of your customers, suppliers and staff are yours. You decide what to enter and you are responsible for having the right to keep them. We handle them only to run the service for you.

Your records are kept on your own computer, and copied to our servers in India so that your devices stay in step and your data stays safe.

Our team's console shows accounts, the people and devices in each business, and usage counts. It does not hold your bills.

We use a small number of service providers, only to run the service: our hosting provider in India, an SMS provider to send login codes, and a payment provider when you pay online.

We share data if the law requires it. When you share a bill or send a reminder by WhatsApp or email, you are sending it yourself, and that service's own terms apply.

Connections to our servers are encrypted. Each business's data is kept apart inside the database, access is limited, and our team signs in with a 2-step login.

No system is perfectly safe. Please keep your PIN and any backup password private.

We keep your data while your account is open, and after that for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records. Items you delete are hidden and kept as marks so that all your devices stay in step. You can export your data at any time, even after a plan ends.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see your personal data, correct it, or have it erased, and you may withdraw consent or name someone to act for you. Some records must be kept by law.

GrahakBill is made for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update this page and its date. For an important change we will also tell you in the app or by message.
