Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GrahakBill for the use of GrahakBill. By using the app or this website you accept them. If you use GrahakBill for a business, you accept them for that business.

GrahakBill helps you make bills, keep stock, record payments and see reports. It works without internet on your computer and syncs when you are back online. Features may change as we improve it.

You log in with your mobile number and keep your PIN private. The owner of a business decides who may use it and what they may do, and is responsible for what those people do in the app.

We will tell you what each plan includes and its price before you pay, on our Pricing page or directly. New businesses get a free trial. If prices change, your price stays the same until your next renewal. Until online payment starts, plans are activated by our team after you pay us directly.

When a paid plan ends, the app becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but not add new work.

When a trial ends without a plan, the app shows the plans page, and you can still export your data. We never hold your data back.

You can stop at any time; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We will publish our refund rules on this page before online payment starts. Until then, contact us and we will look at your case.

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and handle them only to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

Records you have not yet synced exist only on your computer. Please sync regularly and use the backup feature. We are not responsible for data lost on your device before it reached our servers.

GST and other figures are worked out from what you enter and the settings you choose. GrahakBill is a tool, not tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your bills and returns, and should check them with your accountant.

Do not use GrahakBill for anything unlawful, do not try to break into or overload it, do not copy or resell it, and do not bypass plan limits.

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never stop or be free of mistakes. The app keeps working on your computer while our servers are unavailable.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights the law does not allow us to limit.

You may stop using GrahakBill at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why and let you export your data unless the law stops us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.

If we change these terms we will update this page and its date. For an important change we will also tell you in the app or by message.
